Public insurance benefits
Many treatments are covered by public health insurance (e.g. ÖGK, BVAEB, SVS) and billed directly via the e-card. What is covered depends on the specific service. We inform you before treatment.
Private (Wahlarzt) services
For private (Wahlarzt) services you receive an invoice to submit to your insurer. Part of the public tariff is reimbursed. We explain the process and expected billing personally – transparently before each treatment.
